and Stories Come Together

ABOUT AUTHOR

Meet Aurora Em

EM, writing as Aurora Em, is a piano teacher from Hong Kong whose creative world is shaped by music, cooking, nature and storytelling.

Music is the language through which she communicates. Cooking is how she expresses care and gratitude, while nature offers the stillness she needs to reconnect with herself and the universe.

Her work brings these elements together in a deeply personal and imaginative way, guided by a belief in serendipity, truth and the possibility that creativity can reach the people who need it most.

THE BOOK

Vegetarian Symphony from Hong Kong

A celebration of flavour, memory and music

This book combines vegetarian cooking with the rhythm and emotion of music. Each recipe becomes part of a larger composition—one shaped by culture, memory, generosity and the joy of bringing people together around food. It is not simply a cookbook. It is a personal symphony of taste, creativity and connection.
